We have arranged a visit to Southampton VTS followed by lunch at the nearby Platform Tavern. VTS (Vessel Traffic Services) is where all marine traffic for the Port of Southampton is controlled from. This includes controlling the movements of the largest cruise ships to publishing yachtsman's guides, and everything in-between. The visit will prove informative and entertaining.
